Hier ist mal eine Liste zu Literatur die sich mit Körpergewichtsübungen befasst. Einige davon habe ich gelesen oder ich bin im Moment dabei und andere werden noch gelesen :lol: . Ich werde die Liste natürlich noch erweitern.
Wenn ein Kommentar zu den Büchern gewünscht ist bitte einfach posten.

Na da sollte ja jetzt für jeden was dabeisein :-)

Was mich eben an den meisten Büchern stört das nie richtig erklärt wird wie man zu einer Übung kommt.
Welche Schritte sind notwenig, das wird nur in ganz wenigen erklärt.
Das Gehirn ist der wichtigste Muskel beim Training.

Drum ist ja auch meine Seite entstanden. Da ich viel Zeit damit vebracht habe raus zu bekommen wie man z.B. den Handstand richtig lernt :oops:

Gerne, gerne sind halt aber ziemlich CC angehaut die Seiten, aber trotzdem teilweise viel wissenwertes so als auch zwischen den Zeilen da zu finden. Falls ihr auch noch gute Seiten habt immer raus damit. 8-)
